There around 1:15 pm. Drive thru had a line so I went inside. Inside was a bit of a zoo. Had a kiosk to order as well as 1 cashier. There were at least 8 people in front of me. Took 20 min to place order, pay, and get order and leave. I resent using a kiosk! I don't charge food expenses. I can't figure what was wrong. 2 employees left their shift before I left. Why do businrsses now not want cash?

For being McDonalds it’s not bad. It tends to get slammed with guests during the weekend, especially holiday weekends. I’ve seen the line go out the door. The parking lot leaves much to be desired and is always littered with trash. Tourists on the way to and from Vegas tend to stop. Be careful as getting into the 138 from Wagintrail can be tough, especially during rush hours as the people coming down the Mountain just zip right by.

I like to go there eat in ..because there are a lot of tables and there's another restaurants pprety close by so you can order another foood for you while your kids or relatives enjoying there Mc Donald 's meal.

There's always a long wait. The latest visit, we were given a wrong item in our order. It was taken back to the counter where we were told they were out of what we ordered. I guess they figured we'd be ten miles down the road before we noticed. They just gave us a wrong item and didn't even bother to ask what else we would like. Not cool at all.

Another crappy Mcdonalds thats too busy. They failed to get order correct. Then failed to correct issue. Counter person appeared to on crack drugs or something out of the norm. I guess they get away with it because they ia nothing else around. Well I will tellm you something. I WILL not be coming back to this any time soon. What a joke.

This place is a very clean McDonald's considering the amount of people that visit this restaurant during the day/week it's well kept up good job to the employees and or management they are doing a good job and I know the fire affected this place but their speedy recovery has been greatly appreciated by all of those customers that stop by here for various reasons,fast,friendly service.

Friendly staff and crispy hot fries. It's nice to visit a McDonald's where the people who work there are friendly and don't show a true hate for their job. Food just comes out better when people care it seems.

This place can be extremely busy on the weekends but not bad on weekdays. They have friendly service and are usually pretty fast. Food is your average McDonald's quality and they are consistent, however, they like mayo too much and are consistent with drowning the sandwiches in it. Order light mayo and you get an normal amount.

Truly the most desolate of all mcdonalds, located halfway up the Cajon pass, behind a gas station. It's been refurbished in the classy new style, but it was inexplicably freezing and had no heat when I went yesterday. They should get heat!

One of the worst Mc D's I've ever been to. Only good thing is watching the trains go by. The food and service are a train wreck. Awful.

Always busy. It's the main stop for people going off-roading or need a quick bite while in their road trip. **Lots of smokers near the door to get in**
