This is an upgraded McDonald's with nice decor and decent food. It's fast food, not gourmet, but that's what we want sometimes, right?
I hate this Mc Donalds... either the drive thru people are rude or they get your order wrong!!! If you don't like customer service GET another job!!!! Won't be coming back.... I wish I could boycott it but won't... I will be taking my self to the other one off the freeway... this place is horrible!!! No costumer service skills and wrong stuff
We all know McDonald's. Most know the food. Yet, the adventure of the golden arches seemingly will continue forever.
I have a favorite sandwich, though not artistically crafted, or reasonably priced anymore, I still would rather have that sandwich, an order of fries, and something to drink than most any other fast food.
Originally, this meal was less than $1. Now its hard to have this snack for a reasonable price. Add to this, the problem with poor service, having to return to the restaurant when the order is wrong, and the 40% chance that my fries are overdone (my observation, my opinion, formulated over the last 44 years) makes this restuarant one that I only visit rarely, and only when there is no other choice.
The Victorville, CA location has served me only once. Their offerings were quick, properly cooked, and the staff was cheerful. The prevalent language was Mexican Spanish, excepting the lady that took our order.
The biscuits were freshly baked, the sausage patties thin and totally unremarkable (a shame since McD's used to have pretty good sausage) and the drink was cold as expected.
It is McD's, what do you expect? I do think that their spicy chicken is the best of it's class, though.
!!Worst McDonald's!! The drive thru always messes up order trust me its worth the 5 min to check your food might as well dine in! Its been 5x i had to go back and complain! No good i am always on the go and hope that this can make them double check drive thru orders!!
They have several kiosks installed they insist the customers use to place their orders. The kiosk itself is user friendly and easy to use however if paying with cash you are then required to get in line to pay after waiting in line to use the kiosk in the first place. It seems that there isn't enough staff because no one was around to man the register which led to a long line of people, order slips in hand, waiting an upwards of 40 minutes just to pay. During this wait a few elderly customers came in and were pushed by staff to use the kiosks, when the customers kept flagging down staff from the back yo ask if they could instead place their orders at a register they were told that for no reason were any staff going to take orders at the register. After 30 minutes of pleading a cashier finally manned a register and took these customers orders. The addition of the kiosks is great in theory bit desperately needs work.
Always busy. They always do their best to get food as soon as they can. It's small but I never had any trouble getting seats. I've lived in Victorville since 2001 and this placed has improved over time.
The company went up on prices TWO times in one month!!! A Susage McMuffin was $1.33 & is now $1.79. A cashier explained that the prices were increased twice within same month. I'm not very pleased with McDonald's on the corner of El Evado & Palmdale
Mcdonald'S is my morning ritual. The cold brew is a burst of energy, and the friendly staff always brighten my day. It's like a second home.
I stumbled upon Mcdonald'S during my coffee quest, and it was a game-changer. The cold brew was like an icy caffeine punch to the face, and the staff was as cool as cucumbers. Plus, they had board games – coffee and Connect Four, anyone?
