This place would have gotten 5 stars, workers are very clean and fast. The layout is new and nice. Fast service. Although I saw a manager with gloves on playing on the phone and dressing food. Not cool.

Don't have enough tables due to construction and refused refund after I argued that they didn't have a place to sit. Kids are sitting on the dirty floor with their parents because of no seating. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to due to the terrible service and should in my opinion have new management brought in. The lack of customer service skills are atrocious!!
Even after construction is completely finished I will never return to this location again.

It a rush and went through the drive in. The staff was very helpful. Very fast in and out. Food was good. Coffee average. Good to see that they have changed their menu for the better. If in the area would stop again.

Me no like it was bad test coffee all others McDonald's is much different update the test of the coffee

After reading some of these reviews we almost didn't stop here. I'm glad we made the right choice and stopped despite all the "dirty restaurant" comments. To my surprise the restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean the employees were nice and they even brought the food to our table. It was very busy but a lot of the foot traffic was people just stopping to use the restroom which they should stop at the rest area or the big Morongo gas station that has designated restrooms for that. Anyways, we are glad we stopped and we will definitely stop again!

This was a quick stop on the way home. The food was hot and tasty. The service was great and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

Food very fresh tasting!

Best tasting Big Mac I had today, than at any other McDonald's outlet previously.

Clean and fast service.

Not all McDonald's stores are created equal.

Very busy, especially when the outlet mall next door is busy. Staff does a good job though.
