Horrible, slow service. They never get the orders right. They are mean to the old people here in sun City. I hate this McDonald's. It's so expensive too! If you're gonna pay 10$ for a meal, why spend it on a little bit of food thats not gonna fill you up, and leave you hungry again in an hour? And it's not good for you at all! Eat something healthy. Not this garbage! Cook at home.

Arrived at the location 20 minutes before the posted time for the dinning room only to find the doors already locked. Poor customer service to say the least. Would not recommend this location.

Pretty lame not where I ever wanna go. My daughter loves it. You new ordering machines are lame. The only guy behind the counter had to help everyone. So stupid

This is by far the worst McDonald’s ever! They always mess up my orders. All I ask is no pickles and onion and they can never get it right. The other night some friends and I went about 45 minutes before the inside closed and they had the doors locked and said they were closed. They were definitely not understaffed. They just ignored us when we knocked on the door. After several minutes they just yelled were closed. Now I get it if they were really closed but there was a sign in the door that said they close at 11pm and we got there at 10:15pm. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! They should all be fired!

Went really early in the morning, so service was pretty fast but the cashier wasn't too friendly. Missed a couple items in my bag, had to park and go inside. She ended up being very friendly and gave me a pie for my trouble. Overall service wasn't perfect, but they were kind and fixed errors with no problem. Would definitely go again.

Helped out a homeless guy who was hungry. He was searching for food in the trash cans. Pulled at my heartstrings. No one should go hungry.

Its one of the homiest mickey D's but the ehtic balance is off on the employe side and they pick on the homeless people other than that the food is good and fast

Waited 30 mins at window without a single word and just looked at me through the window never got my food and o my took my money

We used the new kiosk to order our food it was very easy to use it made our eating experience.more pleasant the only issue we had was getting our drinks the kiosk should have a way to notify the order prep person today have the cups placed on the tray when the food is taken to the table

I hate the drive thrus everywhere. .they always mess up the order. They asked if I wanted any sauce so I tell them yes, I would like some syrup. They ask me to park and when they brought out my food...surprise. ..no sauce. I was gone by the time I noticed, guess that's my fault for thinking they would get it right.

I just really hate this location. They are rude and always mess up my orders and overcharge for items that are less expensive at the McDonald's on Newport Rd.

Typical McDonalds. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuits, hash browns, and coffee via the drive-thru and we were on our way. Always reliable.

Come here if you like being shunned, we ordered a mc double and fries and they made us pull over and wait with 2 other cars while the people behind us just sped through drive through. After 3 cars they brought our food. I feel like their goal is to fill up the drive through wait so they can increase their "window to serve time". Really dislike this mcdonalds for that, also the staff at 2nd drive through window is rude, cashiers are very nice, only good thing about this mcdonalds.

You will always have to pull over and wait if your ordering more that 1 burger and 1 fry 😠😠😠
