Food is great but service is not, you will wait long time for food to come, they won't ask for coffee often, been here many times and always thinking will change but wrong again, is a neighborhood business that we like to support but need to change in order to keep clientele, table next to us had same impression

The wait staff is great. Unfortunately the kitchen is extremely slow. This was the second time that it seemed to take an hour for the food to come out. Maybe Sunday isn't a good time to go to Mimi's in Lake Forest.
The salad was extremely wilted, and the sandwich was almost cold (french dip). Soup was warm but not hot. Was almost like the salad sat under the heat lamps waiting for the sandwich meat to be cut.

A lovely place having healthy servings of very tasty food. The prices are very reasonable.
My friends and l enjoy the atmosphere.

Always a great treat when my mom is in town, this has always been her favorite place to eat. Service is awesome, food is awesome and environment is very comfortable.

My friend and I went to Dinner on 9/14. I ordered the Pot Roast. It was very dry. I was with a client, so I didn't say anything.
The following week we returned. I ordered the Fish and Fries. They were cold inside. By the time they arrived, my friend was finished with her meal. The manager came over to apologize and ask if he could bring me anything else. I said no thank you. I am not sure if I will come back. I prefer not to have my clients uncomfortable with their dinning experience.

Make sure would have been $5 glass of wine and you can get a coupon for buy one get one free very easily. Cozy and comfortable place for a nice meal.

Food was great. Ordered the bacon avocado omelette and it was delicious. Service was good and friendly. Will be back.

Friendly an great customer service they really make you feel at home and give a upscale highend feel with low end prices. They offer you everything from eggs benedict wine steak with your breakfast in wonderful pastries. Would definitely return and I'm definitely recommend thanks to the guys at Pep Boys for recommending this to me.

This place has the BEST service staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The food is always consistently good as well. Love the french pot roast.

I hadn't been to this location in a while, but food still tastes great and they have some welcomed updates to the menu. They offer breakfast later than most places, always a crowd pleaser for me. I had the Chicken Tillamook Cheddar Mac, one of the best Mac N Cheese's I have had, a close second would be the one from Karl Strauss. Came here on Easter Sunday and it wasn't packed, compared to the Irvine location that showed a busier than usual status on Google. Ordered the food online and got it to go and enjoyed it at home.

Waited 15 minutes to get a table with my family and didn't get any service after an hour of being seated. Now that's some sad service.

I'm giving them a 2 due to some unfortunate mishaps. The staff was nice as well as the atmosphere and great decor. But the mishaps did occur. #1 after ordering food we were informed about 15-20 minutes later that one of the main dish items that was ordered they no longer had(chicken). Luckily the second dish ordered did not take long to come out. Then mishap #2.... there was a nice string of hair in my crepe towards the end of my meal. The crepe tasted great until then!!! With these mishaps our bill was taken care of by the restaurant and they greatly apologized. Just gotta work on the hair net and not running out of main items before 10:30 AM!!

Love their food however.. The potatoes they serve with all meals are not great. They need to serve hash browns with their breakfast or at least offer them...otherwise you get oven baked potatoes qtr'd..
