I had high hopes for Ocotillo Cafe - Quechan Casnio Resort, but it fell short. The coffee tasted bitter, and the service was disappointingly slow at the 525 Algodones Rd, Winterhaven, CA 92283, USA location. I'm uncertain if I'll return for another try.
