Always reliable for sandwiches, pastries, coffee and more. On this visit we had soup, sandwich and coffee, all very good and promptly served. Pleasant atmosphere, light and open environment.

Good food reasonable price, nice staff

Food is all right but expensive for the portions. Services is bad. They make you wait in a long line just for a cup. This is a very low-tech fast food restaurant in a very high-tech city.

Yummy food.
Some nice people, some apathetic.
Incredibly understaffed. Standing in line always takes way too long.
Looks like the prices keep going up, and the portions are smaller. If you get a bread bowl with a tiny amount of soup, they won't give you any more without making you pay for it. Panera, if you care about your customers, you would do better.

Nice place for tasty food and free Wi-Fi.

Friendly staff and usually plenty of open seats. WiFi is limited during some times however, and has a maximum duration so be aware of that.

Nice booths and WiFi conducive to doing work while enjoying food and beverages. Delivery of box lunches is great for business meetings.

Same old Panera, but the new general manager, James is a bit of a jerk

I'm really conflicted about my experience at this Panera

I ordered my order as usual, received my buzzer and waited in front of the food counter until my buzzer rang

It never buzzed. Instead, I got this general manager, James coming up to me asking "are you Kenneth?" And I asked "no, but did you mean Kenji?"

Then the general manager started to scold me saying how come I wasn't seated at a table and I said because I was waiting for my buzzer to ring so I could pick up my food. He said "that's not how things work here". I just stared at him then looked at my buzzer and he said "when was the last time you came here, like a year ago?"

I actually go to panera once a week, just not this one.

The food came out like it's supposed to so I can't complain there. I don't know if James, the general manager was just having a bad day

Food according to Panerai standard. Ambiance OK, very quiet. Plenty of tables (booth and a tables) , but few of them have power outlet for my laptop. AC somewhat cold.
