Horrible Customer Service! They literally made me wait 4 min til 10:30 to be able to order from there lunch menu!!!! Very rude. Couldnt even take my order, made me wait in line again!

You can't go to this or any Panera Bread very hungry or with a thin wallet. The food is tasty but the portions are rather small and not much value for the cost.

I Ordered today with Delivery that just started 9/19/17 and i was their 1st person to order with delivery and it was super easy online and the delivery came on time and the 2 gentlemen that delivered were super polite. Im definitely using the delivery again its very convenient for me I'm the manager at my store so i can't leave. Thank you so much Panera awesome work! - Natasha

Worst Panera location I've ever been too. Service was horrible food was cold and soggy. And unfortunately the waiters have no common sense.

It was my first time eating there and I was amazed at how good the food was and the cookies were out of this world i totally recommend them to anyone who wants good food.

I love Panera. Sorry but I love the variety of foods, the great breads, the brocoli cheese soup, the PICK 2 options, the Apple salad, the tuna salad on a toasted bagel, and the mango smoothies. Prices have risen and the menu is till more confusing than it should be for newcomers. But on balance I still love it and go because it's good and convenient and not too expensive and gives everyone along a choice.

I wish I could upload a picture of my food, it was ridiculous how small my half sandwich was! Also out of tomato soup and having to settle for mac and cheese, for them to be out of that too. I don't think they should be out at 7:30pm of so many items. I ended up with broccoli soup, which was good. I won't be coming back. The food seems overpriced these days and I didn't ever get what I wanted.

*No Star Rating from me! We have been going to this location since 2006. Never had a problem until yesterday! The girl who served us asked to leave HER restaurant!! When she brought us our sandwiches, the bread was wrong, the cheese was wrong. We told her she grabbed the plate said she had to throw it away and remake them, I mean it was in such a RUDE way!, she left, My wife reached over to me and told me that she thought she was so rude. after a bit my wife left the table, she came back told me we had to leave. I asked her why, then the lady came to us and said we have to leave now we were not welcome there!! they refunded our money we left, so i asked my wife what happened? she told me that she walked up to the lady and asked her why was she being so rude to us? the lady said it was a waste to throw out food and she would not have that. I thought she was a manager, looked at her tag she was a supervisor, all the while the manager was standing next to her not saying a word. He didn't even ask us what happened. Never again, We will not go to any paneras no matter where they are. Will Not!!! I am making a complaint to corporate about them!! I hope she gets fired and the manager is a tongue lashing from Corp. Piss poor management. Piss poor place to eat!!
