Panera Bread

Have made multiple catering orders to this Panera location, orders have been correct but their customer service still needs significant improvement. Despite having ordered from them multiple times, it's the same repeat experience of "no we don't have his name or order" then after some shuffling and looking...."yea...here it is...." Currently looking to bring my business else where.

First time here and I was very pleased with the decor, warm and nice. The girl at the register was very helpful and described some of the popular items with other customers. Some tables were dirty, for our party of 4 we had to find one that wasn't too dirty! Food was delicious...our whole party enjoyed it for the 1st time. If the tables would be clean I'd give them 5stars!

The freshness of their breads and other menu items is key. Great for catering as well.

Maybe not fair, but the parking sucks. I can walk some but I have a handicap placard in case I need it. There weren't even any handicap spots open. I finally found a spot and went inside. It was just too busy and crowded. Maybe you like fighting for a parking spot and dealing with all the noise. I don't.

Usually a good spot to eat or just have a cup of chai tea. It does crowd up around lunch time and breakfast. Lines can be long but if you pay with plastic, feel free to use the many kiosks so you don't have to wait in line.

Food is always good.. Staff if very nice.. And bread is always fresh and super good

Love it food is always tasty and fresh. Salads crisp, soup is excellent and a large variety and sandwiches are great.. Bakery items are delicious.

Easy to order. If there is a line you just go to the kiosk and order your food then go sit down and wait. They bring your food to you and when your done they pick up your plate. The food is great just how you ordered it and it tastes good. You can customize what you order from the kiosk and it comes just how you want it.

My favorite thing about Panera is their easy to use online ordering and the I-pad ordering system in the restaurant. I never have to wait in line. They offer great rewards if you sign up online such as free deserts, discounted food, free drinks, etc. A little tip since many people say the food is pricy, try ordering their half sandwiches instead of the full size. The half is still surprisingly filling.

Fresh coffee, bagels and oatmeal whenever you ask. Quiet and friendly service. Love the food.

This is one of the better Panera I have been to. The sandwiches are always good, soups are hot and chunky, and the services is good. The location is great, across from costco, near Starbucks, chipotle, subway, and right at a corner. I recommend this Panera.

All those negative reviews... so funny))). What "services" people are waiting? Here is your soup or sandwich. Take it to the table, eat it, dispose the mess/trash. It is not the restaurant like an "OG" or "RL", where you may expect to be "licked".
This PB location should be named "Early bird gets the worm", coz you can forget about getting any bread after 6pm, and most of the bread selections gone by 1-2pm. "Bake more bread!!!"
