I absolutely give "this" Panera FIVE stars. Food is always fresh and most staff very friendly. Kassandra is one of most delightful employees they have. She is always friendly, greets every customer with a warm and genuine smile and it's visiable that she works very hard. One little improvement needed for this Panera is tables need to be cleaned so customers don't need to ask.

The employee who cleans the outside tables was very rude to 2 customers who wanted to sit. She told them they could NOT pull out the chairs because her mgr told to pick up. It was 9;30 the shop closes at 10.

Try to like their salads, but the Chile lime ranch is flavorless, unless you bite arugula, which predominates the salad. Dressing, very little, with no flavor. The only thing I've ever had here that is decent is their tuna sandwich. Had to ask(beg) for more dressing and a knife.

Food here is pretty good. I always thought that Panera will someday overshadow Starbucks as a common destination for the wired foody coffee-drinking lounger. But, unless Panera (@ least this particular one in Chino Hills) starts making those electrical sockets availabe so folks could charge up their gadgets; Starbucks will continue to dominate the market (delicious food aside). What say you Panera?!

Comfort food that's easy to order ahead, at kiosk or in line. Love to walk in during lunch time and pick up my food while there are 20 people in line.

Service is bad. BAD. Food is good but can't tell you how many times they have got my wife's pickup orders wrong.

One of my regular places. Located inside of Chino Hills Shoppes. It has great selection of bagels. Today had one of my usuals power breakfast: avocado egg white & spinach bagel, a spinach artichoke soufflé, and daily dose of black coffee. Has wifi and if weather allows you can also sit outside the patio.
