An unassuming spot for a nice, casual lunch. The food is tasty and should leave you with a smile. It's worth the stop if there's time and you happen to be in the area with a friend or small group.

Excellent sandwiches. The best one is the buffalo chicken sandwich. They use Boars head sliced meat.

If you like panini's, this place is a definite must! I always get the same one, but my wife and kids have tried several of the others, and all are very good. I like the "fries" which are really just panini'd, then thin sliced strips with a dipping sauce that is fantastic. All of the sauces are exceptional!

BOUGHT THE HOUSTON. TASTED LIKE ROTTEN FISH. I FELT SICK TO MY STOMACH. BUT THEY GAVE ME FREE SODA TO WASH AWAY THE DISGUSTINGNESS.

Skimmer'S Panini Grill at 25290 Marguerite Parkway #E, Mission Viejo, CA 92692, USA is my coffee sanctuary. The ambiance is inviting, the flat white is perfection, and the staff goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. It's a place I can't recommend enough.
