Overall I usually have a pretty great experience at every Starbucks I go to, but this one was different. I went in to order and the lady behind the register was trying to rush us through our order. She was also rude to my wife. It was really disappointing. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

I order the same thing all the time. But usually from the Starbucks on State st. This time I ordered from the Esplanade location and it was horrible. So no problem I take it back up to the counter explain that it is horrible. And they and I do mean they start defending the horrible product. That's how it suppose to taste. First off if horrible is on the menu how are you staying in business, two why is it delicious at the other location. I finally got them to remake it after I asked for my money back and people were starting to look. The second one was much better but not great. Ended up throwing over half away. Won't go back.

Tried the new fruit Fraps, they were delicious, drank it in 5 minutes ! (brain and esophagus freeze)

Manager gave me free $25 cup just because I lost my top and asked to buy the top, & reccommended a great Green Tea Lemonade. Staff was friendly and location is clean!!!!!
