Good like any starbucks but I ordered something 24hrs in advance and it wasn't ready when I got there. The batista said my bad, I forgot. Hmmmm

I tell it like it is if you give me great service and a good product the review will reflect that, if you do not this is what it will reflect... I work all over from LA to Palm Springs to Bakersfield I've been to more Starbucks than I can count. I've also worked in the restaurant industry from a Sonic when I was in high school to a five star restaurant in Sacramento... If I'm in the Drive-Thru and there's 10 cars in front of me I understand there is 10 cars in front of me it will be a minute.... My problem is when I go to a Starbucks at 4:30 in the morning and there is no cars in front of me and it still takes 10 minutes to get a Pike's Place and an oatmeal there is a problem... But understand I do not form an opinion on one visit "positive or negative" but I've been to this Starbucks 5 days in a row and it has not changed the staff there moves with no sense of urgency and do not really seem to care about how long you are waiting....

Place runs way too slow, and staff would rather stare at you then help each other. I was here waiting at least almost 10 minutes before I was actually able to place my order and no one opened up a second register.

Same Starbucks quality coffee we have all come to expect and appreciate. However, the asphalt drive way used for the drive thru traffic is crumbling in places making it precarious and sometimes dangerous for those in line. They recently fixed a major pothole that damaged a few cars only to have new minor potholes spring up. I feel sorry for those drivers that got a lot more than their $5 treat one rainy morning a couple months ago.

Wow... Having 12 years experience in customer service I am honestly pretty upset! I went to go in and use their wifi and get a drink 30 mins before they close (which is at 11 pm) and they LOCKED the doors. And when they saw me they didn't even unlock the doors they just ignored me... Very rude and unprofessional!Honestly I do understand! BUT... Noticing the baristas are all young kids they obviously are wanting to leave ASAP cuz it's Friday night and they want to go do whatever kids do now a days. But 30 mins is a long time to close ahead of schedule!! I know how franchises work and I guarantee if a manager were here they would still be open because they don't want someone like me COMPLAINING! The bad attitudes I won't tolerate and hope something will be done !

Ordered a blueberry oatmeal this morning 09/14 @ 6:15 am w/iced coffee. AND ALL I GOT WITH MY OATMEAL WAS their raisins mix and brown sugar. I don't understand how you can MESS that up. It's beyond simple. Why waste my time and call and ask why didn't I get my blueberries or mixed nuts w/my order.
I order this all the time and never look in the bag because its usually right but I'm giving 2 stars because SHE CALLED OUT my order after she was done putting my sides in the bag for my oatmeal & left it @ the bar. Way to go w/the customer service SB.

Just pay attention.

Stopped by late night. Drinks were perfect. Staff was very freindly and helpful to answer some questions i had about new items.

This is my main Starbucks but, the only reason I won't give it anymore stars is because it is always packed. You're looking at 10 to 15 minute waiting times.

I work for Starbucks been with the company for years, worst ever experienced. I came in to get my drink remade cause they missed it!! Tiffany rolled her eye when I was getting it replace no name on my cup no writing and they still got it wrong.
