Had an issue with my order. They were apologetic and replaced my order quickly. Happy with the staff.

I'd always go here right before working at one if the local warehouses; staff is always friendly and quick with orders. I have one "complaint" though, they'd regularly mess up my order. Despite messing up my order, they'd almost always remake it or offer free drinks as a result. Customer service here is excellent and know just how to take care of their customers.

On August 26, I walked in to this location as my boyfriend and I where comming back from his son’s house in Perris. We have been gold star members for years and will always visit our regular locations 2 and even 3 times a day . Just because we loved starbucks. On this day was a really bad experience here as Juliet spilled my boyfriends Vince Pike place cup off coffe all over his shirt before trying to hand it to him. He will always ask if the pike is fresh and hot as he likes it very fresh . Just by asking that she suddenly turned around and made him feel how hot that was as we know that comment from him upset her. She did not offer any medical attention she still made him pay for our drinks when he was trying to get a little dry from that venti cup of coffee. This was the worst experience we have ever had because she did not care how he was feeling didn’t take his name my name or anything. I called the next day spoke with manager and as I assumed she was not aware of anything we are so mad and since then we have not been to starbucks. HORRIBLE SERVICE THE WORST EMPLOYEES THERE!!

Last resort starbucks. Never has patio furniture out. Baristas always have sourpuss expressions on their faces. Just... a last resort starbucks. 2 stars because the coffee is good.

This is the only starbucks that is horrible the last 4 times the coffee is water and always good slow I made the order for my cell phone and it is never ready when I arrive 15 minutes before I will not return to this starbucks

Loved it I come here every know and then to order a double caramel frap during lunch there always so fast I strongly recomend

This is a good Starbucks, however they tend to run out of ingredients a lot. If you're getting a basic coffee, you are safe to come here. If you want a specialty, limited time only type drink, go to another one.

They dont open at 4 am... more like 4:15. This starbucks is on its own time.

According to store hours it says it opens at 4am well it is 415am and they are not open but the drive thru is but i would like to go inside starbucks this morning to order and enjoy my coffee. So one of the Baristas walks toward the front door and i ask her thru the door what time the lobby opens and she just stares at me as if my question was so difficult for her to respond.

I Think I Might Have Enough Time To Fully Write The 100 Character Minimum To Review This Place While Standing Next In Line..After Waiting for 3 People in Front Of Me To Order.They Completely Walked Away From The Register..
Ohh Just Now She Said "ill Be Right With You".
P.s. It Was a Total Of 15 minutes Spent Here. . I have Super Slow Internet And Im Not A Fast Typist. Was only There To Purchase A Gift Card For A Friend. They Were Fully Staffed 6+

Cashier had a bad attitude. She made me feel like I was bothering her. Long wait time and a bit dirty. Bad customer service at this location.
