We placed an order at this Starbucks at 9:11am. We did not receive our drinks until 9:47am. Come to find out their machine that printed tickets for drink orders was down (except for the drive thru and mobile orders). Once they identified the problem about 20 minutes after we placed our order they began writing drink orders down on the cups. Some how they missed our drink orders - we noticed that 8 people who ordered their drinks after us (manually written drink tickets) received their drinks after us. After being extremely patient we inquired a second time on our drink orders and they could not find our order and that they may still be writing our order on the cups. At this point, we were upset with the fact that several patrons who ordered after us had received their drinks. Which made it worse is that when we told them we had been waiting over 30 minutes for drinks and asked them to give us our drinks it seemed as if it was such a bothersome task. I understand other patrons were waiting for their drinks too, but it was frustrating that our drinks were completely skipped and forgotten until we had to demand our order.

This was by far the slowest and most oblivious Starbucks I have ever visited. A 20 minute wait for a caramel frappe, I went to the counter and waited 5 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Then I am watching the barista pick cups up by putting her fingers IN the cups, after rubbing her face and running her fingers through her hair. WHAT A JOKE AND EMBARRASSMENT for a Starbucks.

Yummy on the breakfast sandwiches at 5p.m. but slower on the Barista side. They need one more....

Barista with short hair was incredibly rude and scolded me on my drink order because i didn't apparently order properly. Bathrooms were horrible and looked like they were never cleaned. Long wait for a simple drink (literally just coffee) even though i was the only one in line. They literally TOLD ME that they forgot to make it, so my coffee order took 10 minutes. At the very least they gave me a croissant to make up for it. P.S. Barista Ash is very kind and helpful though. Starbucks, please give this girl a raise.

The staff was mostly friendly and eficient. The Barista named Lillyann was the absolute best, and gave the best customer service I have had in a starbucks to date.

I usually love Starbucks and their frappuccinos are the best, however the bathrooms were so disgusting I couldn't even enjoy my visit.. Clean the bathrooms people!@ come on. Cleanliness is next to Godliness

Despite long line inside and at drive through, the location was clean and fast. My group ordered three drinks, each with slight variations on the standard recipe (i.e. non-fat milk, no sweetener, etc) and each was made perfectly. Staff was friendly and efficient with the crowd. All in all an excellent experience.

Staff if just rude...place was super dirty....i have never seen a starbucks place so dirty...no wonder they have a B!

staff is rude. we were at the drive through at almost closing. we were already in line when they closed. the car in front of us got through. we stayed at the the intercom for quite sometimes and they didn't even bother to tell us they were not going to serve us. At least tell us through the intercom that they stop serving or something! there were at least 4 cars behind us waiting and they saw us on the camera and didn't even bother to speak up. will never return for sure!

***WARNING***
One cashier with 27 people in line. Manager said she will open another cash register as I told her we have been waiting 22 minutes as they have only fulfilled 5 orders in that time frame. Well, the manager lied as she never opened another register and we have now waited another 15 minutes just to place our order. Let's see how long it takes to get our order. Guess what, another 15 minutes to get our two drinks and one of them was wrong!!!! This place is completely mis-managed, filthy with a ton of pissed off people.
Sooooo sad!!!!

Baristas are the worst bad attitude terrible coffee if you complain you get a a terri
