They had no bagels,no carriers, no stoppers . And rude.. will not be going to this location again . They need better customer service

It's a nice Starbucks but keep in mind that this location did not have Google WiFi thus it was a little slow.

Mark and the lovely young ladies are pleasant and always smiling! I've always had wonderful and fast service! They're definitely my favorite starbucks!

This is my absolute favorite sbux in the Rancho Cucamonga Ontario area. I've never had bad service, it's always clean, and I love the layout. It's a standalone store instead of being in a strip, which can be cramped. Being standalone, this one is spacious. I never have trouble finding a seat. There's also a decent amount of outdoor seating which is nice in the winter and fall.

This location was very clean but the staff was rude. The attitude that the baristas give is unpleasant. In my visit, my father got a coffee and I got a water, the barista followed by mumbling under her breath about the fact that I only got water after looking at their menu for a few minutes. My visit was unpleasant

The one start is because other customer service. Is because once again another Starbucks has desapointed me with there lack of speed this could easily be a second location that I and my peeps will never come back. Sorry but you owners of this location need to step it up. Or stop slowing your router.

I liked their old location with no drive thru better but then it could because that particular crew was great. Overall, location is nice and they get my order right 99.5% of the time.

I like this place because it's spacious. Sometimes you go to other locations, and it's packed, you're rubbing shoulders with people. But the staff is very friendly, and courteous. They make you feel welcomed. The selection is better here, they have reserve coffee, whick other locations don't offer. Besides that, it's offers what the other locations do, but the experience at this one is a good one. You'll enjoy it.

Great Starbucks great staff always really busy but it has to be the fastest that I've ever seen don't be discouraged if it's a really long line
