The barista talks to much to co-workers instead of making drinks correctly. Three times in a row pretty disappointed when you go to get a treat and leave with a poorly made one. They need to give better service on making great drinks.

This is one of my go-to Starbucks locations...yes, I know it doesn't have a drive thru but that's where the mobile app comes in! I place my order on the app then just waltz in and grab my caffeinated goodness. You can also use it to pay when you order in person. It's great to use the apps for discounts and freebies. My order has always been accurate and complete. On the rare occasion I don't order on my phone, the staff always greet me with a smile and are very friendly and fast.

It's a smaller setting with a handful of smaller, two person tables and some outdoor seating. It's pretty busy so if you're looking to work, cross your fingers you get a seat near an outlet. During rush hour, the parking lot directly north gets a little crazy but there's usually plenty of parking on the west side.

Staff is cheerful not so at their sister store on Philadelphia. Clean place and bathroom always in check. If not you tell someone and they are on it. Management is great problem solver knows how to keep a customer. I like they don't use same towel to wipe down each table. Makes me feel better when I place my coffee and danish down.

Online order 5 min before I arrived. after waiting 20 minutes (they saw me waiting & did not ask if I needed help) I asked about my order. The machine was out of labels. Not one apology!

I love starbucks. But they had 3 people working and it took long to get my tea.

Id give it a 5 but one guy in the morning who mixes the drinks usually has an attitude. The girls are the friendliest in the world and always make you feel welcomed.

Coffee here is always made right. I've been to other Starbucks and the same coffee taste watered down. Love this spot. Too bad there isnt a drive through.

A great place to get work done. Small and quiet. No drive thru so less busy too.

Great customer service! Good place to meet for a quick meeting. Smaller seating area than most Starbucks locations but conveniently located off the 60 Freeway on Central Avenue in Chino.
