They are awesome here! Always friendly and the one time they got my order wrong they made it right with a smile... Love this Starbucks!

They have DELICIOUS coffee there they just don't always heat up their breakfast sandwiches to a nice temperature sometimes it's at a nice heat other times it's either just a liitle to cold or it's like they had it in a freezer for a long time and isn't as fresh as it should be. Other than that it's a great place to hangout and drink coffee.

They practically ignored my order for like 20'.
I had to reminded about it! !
Actually the girl that took my order got it wrong. A Cold drink versus my regular Hot Chai Latte and she even asked me.....and I said HOT!!!!!

I just found out this Starbucks no longer gives our police officer a free cup of coffee, really how much does it cost to make a cup of coffee to give this officer a cup of coffee who puts his life on the line, not to mention the first one to be at the Starbucks if there was ever trouble. I will drive to the next Starbucks to give them my business before I give my business here again.Blue life's matter and deserve our support

New management and employees are horrible, with only a couple exceptions. My drink is wrong 9 out of 10 times...if they even have it. I drink a mocha Frappuccino.. On the menu.. Nothing special done to it, yet they can't figure out how to make it. Or they will run out of the things that are needed to make the mocha Frappuccino. Most of the employees are slow, rude and disinterested with their job. The night staff, particularly the bald guy with the stretched ears.. Are the worst! They pretty much hang out, dance and listen to music all night and seem very annoyed when they have to actually do their job because a customer shows up. I avoid this one at all costs. Especially since when I return a bad drink... They remake it the same or even worse.

Been going here for 6+ years. Love the workers here as they're always so friendly and they really get to know their customers like myself. I do miss some of the old crew the worked here years ago, but people move on.

Look for the green building - easy to miss but a total find. The sherpa (bulletproof) coffee was AWESOME as was the toast with pb, honey, & cinnamon. Staff was friendly; definitely worth a visit when in SF

I ordered a macchiato from this place and there was hairs in. This place is disgusting. Never going back.

Great service and they don't give you a hard time if they mess up your drink. They offer WiFi which I think is awesome for people that need it.
