Great experience you can definitely tell everyone is well trained and have a great experience with customer. Also very caring they greet and thank you an in some circumstances ask about your (which isn't necessary to do but they do it out the kindness of their heart) and it feels really great that they ask it really makes the customer feel important. Thank you Starbucks !!!

Liberal, Hillary-lovers & Bernie-supporters a plenty inside THIS place. Sure is annoying to hear the hens cackle amongst themselves about how much they HATE "U-know-who".

Maybe if they would simply lay their eggs and be on their way, StairBuchs would be a much more tolerable place to visit. Until next time!

The baristas and staff are always friendly, deal with crowds very quickly and efficiently, the facility is always clean and stocked, and I've almost never had an issue with my order (when I did it was promptly fixed). Love this location and go here all the time!

This was the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I went into this particular location to meet with a client and sign documents. At exactly 10 p.m. an employee named Andie rudly interrupted our meeting to let us know it was closing time. When I asked her for two more minutes she said "No, more like 30 seconds" to get out. Very rude , as this was a business meeting with professional associate's. Definitely won't be a returning customer. Andie can definitely benefit from a few more days of training in Customer service!

This particular franchise is located in a very functional location on Arrow Hwy in San Dimas, surrounded by other fast-food & retail outlets. Although their 10:00pm (9:30 on Sundays) closing time is earlier than others', this is greatly trumped my the exceptionally friendly & efficient staff. Highly recommended.

Employees are always extra nice at this Starbucks. The outlets on the big table are under the table, with 10 outlets on each side!
No drive thru, but I use the mobile order quite often to avoid the line. Sometimes parking is a little tough because of Boston Market being next door, but you can get dinner & then go to Starbucks for a desert drink.

This Starbucks was VERY uncooperative. I went to a few other Starbucks and they charged me $8.58 for 2 venti quad pumpkin spice latte and this place wanted to charge me over $13 for the same thing. Very disappointed

Online ordering, nicer bunch of locals than the nearest drive through Starbucks.
