Needs desperately a make over. Shame on Starbucks to let this place become a dumb. However, great staff under the circumstances.

If I could give this store a negative score I would.. This store must have too many customers.
It is obvious they are not trying to gain new ones.
My friends, and I pulled off the freeway on our way back to Orange County Monday night. We waited in line, and the employee yelled
"Next".. We approached the register, without so much as a hello, or good evening, or what are you having?? He just stared at us in angry silence.
We finally told him our order, and asked if he had any Pumpkin muffins.. That question completely set him off.. His response was..
"Do you see any in the case??
We were in such shock, we just ordered drinks. I asked the gentleman making the drinks if the cashier was new, he said "no, he is helping out our store".
I would never go back there, and wonder how many others were subject to his horrible service.
I am an avid Starbucks customer, and have been a patron in stores across, and out of the USA. I have NEVER met an employee with such distain for customers..
This makes me so sad to write.

It's has a great atmosphere, guys playing dominos and other just having conversation.

The Starbucks location is very nice. Baristas are friendly. Drinks ordered have never been made wrong.

This starbucks is really unique , there's no other like it for at lease a mile .

Nice place to come read, chill with a friend. It's enough space for decent amount of people to come.

This is an awesome spot. The drinks are above average but the staff are what make this place so special. They get to know their customers well, they are very kind, understanding and generally awesome. They almost always have a smile when dealing with customers (no matter how rude those customers may be... and I have seen my fair share. Kudos to such fantastic customer service but wow customers need to be nicer to such awesome people). Each member of the staff is unique yet they seem to work very well as a team. This was my go to spot studying for my boards and they always made it feel like a welcoming spot.

Starbucks, you have some great people here.

I had a coffee and I spilled it. They were nice about it and cleaned it up for me.

Great staff and service! Friendly, helpful, always call you by name and welcome you.
