This place is great and has awesome drinks but I wish the people would be more nicer and learn how to make drinks. I have been coming here for over a year. People that work are somewhat nice but not all

I am a regular customer here at this Starbucks and I been coming here 4years back then the employees where friendly and treat with respect and make your drink correctly. Now it change so much it gotten a lot worse the new employees that they hire sometimes don’t make your drink exactly right and give you a heart time about making the drink the way you wanna it and are unhappy. It not the same at this store anymore it change a lot since I been coming here and I wish they would get more on it but they don’t. I wish they had good customer service and treat with respect.

My phone order for a traveler of coffee for my business meeting was not ready at pickup time, even though it was phoned in the night before. I had to wait for it to be brewed. Nobody apologized.

Nice employees and pleasant customers. They always make my coffee just right. Parking can be kind of hectic.

I work at Starbucks and I know that its not an easy job, but Im not sure why something always goes wrong when I go here.
The first time I ever went to this location, I ordered at the drive-thru. I got a DCCF with no whip yes drizzle a VBF frappuccino no whip and 2 cake pops. They gave me a dccf with extra whip and no drizzle, my VBF frappuccino was okay but they completely forgot my cake pops. So I went inside to get them and they were asking me for my receipt, when the employee never gave me one after me requesting it. So some guy looked at me, made a face and said "I think I took her order at the drive thru, just give them to her".
The second time I went was to get points for a Star Dash. I went inside for this transaction. I needed to buy a protein box, because we don't have those at my store, or else I would just get them there, when the employee asked if I wanted anything else and I said no, she started giving me attitude because I refused to purchase a drink..
Last night, I went to get 2 breakfast sandwhiches($3.75 each) a venti White Tea (2.95) and a lemon loaf ($2.95) at the drive-thru, she asks if I want my receipt, I say yes, and she disposed of it, I paid $16 and the employee didnt want to give me the loaf, and she started taking another order when I hadnt left the window yet and then she looks at me and I tell her she didnt give me my loaf and she goes into the front to talk to another employee for like 3 minutes and then she says nothing and gives me the loaf.
Today was my 4th time there and the employee was nice and everything went smoothly, but there was something floating in my tea :( I got it out and it was a rubbery rocky substance.. the tea was still good though so it wasnt that bad

They really need to work on how to smile and being friendly. They don't seem to need customers here. They are not very happy to do your refills. I was told by the employee the refills are good for 2 hours only and need to be charged full price after that. They really need to know their refill policy before giving false information and start acting up. Very low in quality of customer care and service. Don't waste money here!!

I love this location I stopped by to study and kill time while my spouse was at work. The first place I sat the power plug didn't work so the. I moved into the far end and that one worked just fine. If this place had a few extra seats that would make my review go 5 stars.

Edited my review because (A) it's not 24hrs and (B) none of the electrical outlets ever seem to work properly unless you hold your plug into the socket.

My favorite Starbucks location. I order ahead on my app and I'm always greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival. Very knowledgeable staff when it comes to the different choices offered.

The remodeling of this location puts emphasis on the employees focusing mainly on the drive-thru. So it's one of the more smaller dine-in Starbucks locations you can go to but it's adequate.

This place is often super busy, but service is quick. The people that work here were very nice, and quite helpful.

I luv to go here and the ppl here is so friendly and very gentle to manage the.customer and how they greet the ppl.here.. So keep it up guys..

It's a fast paced store yes but everyone is very friendly very organized, making sure they seeing to ot that all their customers are satisfied. This Starbucks is in a high volume location where there is a Shopping Mall across from them & a amusement park down the street however from my experience since I visit quit often, I've never ran into a problem that wasn't solved IMMEDIATELY. The staff is very on top of their game, they can be very busy on the weekends so you'll need some patients. Great place to study & always clean.
