Starbucks are everywhere as Well as up and coming new coffee shops sometimes the little coffee spots a little more friendlier twice the window worker at Starbucks just kinda threw my change at me and the second time as the coins fell to the floor she just said oops sorry and continued on her way

Nice staff and good baristas. Parking here is especially hellish due to the tight design and placement of drive-thru.

One of the Best locations I been. The people that works there are very friendly and helpful. Great place to meet up with your business partners and your friends.

Not so crowded as most locations, and better traffic access and WiFi than most.

This is for walk-in; the drive-through is pretty much always packed.

I go to this Starbucks all the time because it's up the street from my house. But I give it a 2 star because the employees at this Starbucks aren't that friendly. When I get to the counter to order, 2-3 employees (that aren't counter order takers) look at me, but they don't greet me, smile at me, or say that someone will help me in a minute. Finally someone will come and help me but they don't seem super enthusiastic to help.

I go to other Starbucks and as soon as I open the door before I get in line, I'm welcomed. And before I know what I want, they are waiting for my order. This Starbucks is nothing like the others with their customer service.

I'd give it a 1, but I like how this Starbucks is open til 11pm whereas the other one near me is open only til 10:30pm.

Asked for coffee BARISTA NAMED APRIL THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME!!! I've been a gold card member for over 4 years. Part of being a gold member is that you get free refills when you purchase drinks in store. For over a year I've been having issues at this store explaining to employees their refill policy. Tonight April (who has been working here for a few years) refused to give me the refill saying "she wasn't going to get fired because of me", I explained to her the policy, she still refused me service. let her know the policy was in Starbucks website, showed her the policy. She refused after reading in detail the policy, and told me to "go away or I will call the police". I told her i wasn't going away as I wasn't harassing anyone, I just wanted what was within my rights as a customer. Told her to call the police while I was going to call corporate. Corporate called her in the store, explained to her I was right and she was wrong (she was rude and obnoxious with me saying she works for over 10 years here so she knows more than I do), after the phone call, she had to come back and serve me the refill per company policy. She then try to lie saying reason why she threatened to call the cops was because I was harassing her and screaming at her. A lie, even the employees working heard I wasn't screaming or rude with her, just explained to her the policy. I told her what she did is not right. She made me feel as I'm a lesser person than everyone else at the store, as if I was a criminal, threatening to call the police on me for requesting what's supposed to be a right of a Starbucks gold member. Is this how Starbucks treat its customers? Corporate guaranteed me district manager will be in contact. Waiting on the call.

Terrible customer service. The cow behind the counter wouldn't let me wash my hands before I ordered at 5am. Like I could even eat after looking at her disgusting 350lb self. Great face of your company Starbucks, I really want to buy a scone from Shrek.

The lobby tables are always dirty, no matter what time of day it is. It is sad to see employees behind counter relaxing and having personal conversation.
