Quiet, well located and clean. Right on the street with a crosswalk located conveniently beside it - making it an easy walk from Kaiser. Outdoor seating is available and city center drive is nice and quiet. Would recommended.

Fast service. Popular place for hospital staff. I've rarely had to wait in line too long. Good availability of grab n go food, even in the afternoon.

Updating my review. Originally wasn't happy with the customer service but a barista named Elijah has turned around my opinion. He makes it a point to greet me with a smile and even knows my name. Often I get nice messages on my order and this is the type of customer service I'm used to from my Starbucks. Even tho it's a chain - when it's your regular spot - Starbucks employees treat you like a neighbor. Which I am. So thank you ( Elijah especially) for turning things around.

I love this Starbucks joint, I can walk to the Bart station from here as well as the Public Library/Park. This is a perfect location to meet friends.

Hole in the wall starsucks - ok for a quick coffee to grab but their coffee is always weak and a bit burnt. I only go there in an emergency.
