PB Broken Yoke is THE BEST breakfast place in San Diego - bar none. Best people. Best foods. Leave full and happy.

A local breakfast and lunch Cafe. Always a good choice for brunch or an early lunch. The service is always good. The blueberry muffins are good too.

My husband and I were Sunday regulars for years. We don't go there very often because of size of our family. Our daughter and her family prepare our meals.

John, the owner, treats us like royalty. His son-in-law is customer service oriented. The staff always welcome us as before when we were regular patrons.

An exciting place for breakfast or lunch. Professionally prepared comfort food served by a friendly outgoing staff who make you feel like family. Recently remodeled, this Pacific Beach favorite has plenty of parking right out front or any one of three lots around back.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Karen was awesome. Everything that my group tried was amazing, including French Toast, Omelette's, and more. They bloody Mary was kinda weird since they can't serve vodka so they use a sweet vodka wine, it was definitely interesting to try but I won't be having it ever again.

One of San Diego's best Breakfast restaurants.
James and his crew are the best. Nicest people.
BIG breakfasts served super fast!
Roof top seating for fresh air, Tv's so you won't miss the big game and they can handle big parties.
Highly recommend.

Not a place to order to go apparently. I ordered a breakfast sandwich over the phone and when I came to pick it up she told me $13. For one sandwich! I was in a rush so I figured okay sure well it must be incredibly good or at least alot of food. Neither.

It tastes like government cheese pressed between two pieces of break with not much egg. There was a side of hash browns which was okay. I couldn't finish the sandwich due to the taste.

I would honestly give it 2 stars except they seem like a sit down restaurant and maybe that experience would be much better.

My husband and I are regulars at Broken Yolk Cafe and I'm pretty sure we've been to every single location in San Diego. Their menu offers something for everyone in the family from Omelettes, Benedict, to French Toast and Pancakes; they have it all! I love the fact that they have both Turkey sausage and bacon! My husband usually goes for the Make Your Own Omelette since they have all kinds of cheese, meats, vegetables you can imagine and he's never disappointed there given he's a picky eater! Their portions are huge though, so keep that in mind. Oh, and go for the home fries :)

The place is like a Denny's. Lot of of food for above average price. The service was okay and the food was something you'd expect from a chain restaurant.

This has the all American diner feel. It seems to be a landmark breakfast spot in this area. Excellent food and service. You can't go wrong here.

This restaurant should get a 5 star. The food is very good, generous portions and a very nice atmosphere. The owner is very nice. I loved to eat here and meet for business until one of the servers did something I won't mention here. I talked with the owner. He didn't resolve it so I am not eating here any longer. The customer should never be mistreated or disrespected... NEVER!
