Always love coffee bean, back in the LA area for a visit, had to stop in! Clean, well kept store and patio, perfect for a late morning coffee.

I love Coffee bean probably been to every Coffee Bean in LA. But this one has the worst customer service ever! First, the was one lady who rolled her eyes when requisted my drink, and I felt like its just her. But today the other lady giving me the attitude when I was trying to pay. What's wrong with you people? If you dont like what you do and where you work just change that. No need to give that negative energy in the morning to people who just came to get their morning coffee. Feeling bad for you guys.

This place used to be American Burger stand was ok when they closed I expected another better stand but instead it stayed vacant for a long while then Santa Monica got hip and the birth of coffee bean was inevitable been coming here since. Moved away a few years back but I still come to the neighbour that got cool.

Splendid experience! Vanilla Latte was spot on and sitting by the fire ring with friends was atheistically relaxing.

A great place, especially in the evening when the fire is on. Very unique. Great tea selection!!

First restroom stinks and very dirty. Second, I ordered iced latte DECAF and with emphasis on decaf as I told the cashier but I got regular coffee. It's always a hit and miss in coffee bean when ordering Decaf. Regular coffee makes me palpitate and even if I had it at lunchtime it stays in my system for 13 hours or so. I can't sleep until 2:00 am because someone is just too lazy to brew a DECAF!

A cool place with a outdoor fire pit that's good food writers that wanna sip tea or coffee and write or use laptop.

Coffee Bean is a classic coffee shop chain. Their regular coffee is fine and their iced coffee is passable, barely. Their pastries, ice blendeds, sandwiches, and other specialty drinks are all pretty good, however. I like their iced tea lemonades and their cold-brewed iced coffee. This location is nice with a fire pit out front (you can ask them to turn it on if its off) and there is usually enough street parking. The baristas are nice and their coffee donation charity drive – during which they allow you to buy coffee to send to the troops – is cool. Its a nice place but nothing special.

One of my favorite spots to get work done and get coffee. Seating setup is great if you get one inside. Outside seating is nice too. They have a fireplace right outside which gives this spot a nice atmosphere. Great place to meet up with people to catch up.
