Came here to study but there was no wifi. When I told the employee that the wi-fi was not working they just stated that they couldn't do anything about it and were not willing to reset their router. So, if you're here to do any study online, I guess you should know that there is a chance that the internet won't work.
3 stars because besides this inconvenience, at least their tea selection is good. So, just bring a book to read instead.

Gave me coffee with regular milk instead of soy, I’m lactose intolerant so it matters. It was too hot to taste in the moment so I didn’t notice until I was 15 minuets away. I spent $5 on a drink that’ll make me sick, great.

Good coffee. They can do a latte with almond milk. Comfortable atmosphere.

Service and beverage were great but the tables were obviously in need of cleaning. Instead of wiping down the tables and restocking the little condiment area, the employees stood around talking to each other when the customer flow let up. (At least a good 10 to 15 minute "break " )

Loved to come here every morning and all the staff are nice and friendly, my coffee always taste good.

Crime store, Down-scale, Low-end, Down-Market, and very Moderate! Could use better customer service...

I give three stars as the Winter Dream tea latte drink is very filling and tasty. At times the service here is too slow and other times the service here is lacking, in which, the reading of orders is not done correctly and made incorrectly.

Great coffe and great service. Wish some of your seasonal items were available year-round.
