Nothing specific about this location, the staff was nice and the place seemed clean, BUT, their flavors are powder based. Yuck! You know what else is powder based? The stuff in the dispenser at the gas station. It's not good. Nothing like a chalky film on my tongue for the rest of the morning.

I'll stick with Sixbucks (my Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf order was $5.70 by the way) until someone else figures out how to make great coffee without cutting corners.

Excellent coffee and excellent service. No drive-through at this location. They're pomegranate and blueberry smoothies are awesome

Best coffee shop ever! My dad and I come here once a week for their amazing iced lattes and iced Thai tea. Not to mention all their food is kosher! Everyone is so friendly🤗 Love this place! I just wish they had one off every exit. BEST COFFEE IN TOWN!

Perfect! Great customer service. Mocha ice blended with almond/coconut milk is my favorite. Better than Starbucks by far!

This place is in a perfect location. Staff is always courteous, respectful, polite and considerate. Don't always get that type of demeanor from other coffee places.

Sucks! My first time there and they messed up my order not only that but the barristas kept talking to eachother and not attending me. I asked for a large and got a small she then poured it into a large cup but not giving me everything that was in the small cup. Starbucks is much better and cheaper

I love this place!!! Staff super friendly and attentive. Always clean. Sometimes there is a wait but staff always acknowledge your presence

The staff here rocks, they've stayed open late for me a few times and still made my drinks. Very friendly and efficient

I have been a loyal Coffee Bean customer of Elsinore for years and spend a lot of time inside. I am always greeted and enjoy my experience. BUT this morning I was running late to work and there was an unusually long line for the register. I decided to skip out on my coffee, use the restroom real quick and leave. I noticed a new code on the restroom door and asked the staff if I could please get the code. They said it was printed on the bottom of the receipt. Well I didn't have a receipt and they told me "sorry, it's for customers only". I was pissed! Just because I didn't buy something today means I can't use your restroom when i spend a lot of money here and don't even use your restroom most of the time!? I'm in there often enough that they should recognize me, which in my opinion, makes this situation even worse. I understand it's to keep the hobos from taking advantage of the restroom, but they should have noticed I am a customer even if they didn't recognize me personally. That is terrible customer service! Way to go Elsinore coffee bean.

I stopped by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for a quick caffeine fix, but the long wait and disorganized service left me frustrated. They need to streamline their operations.
