The staff is amazing!! They are helpful, if you have questions or confused just ask them! The manager is great also.

Usually when one has a bad day, the universe seems to be against you ,but, while studying at Coffee Bean, I ordered a warm drink and one of the servers offered me to place my drink in a 'stay mug'. Definitely felt cozy & at home .

I love their Iced Hazelnut Latte. The baristas are consistent on making a delicious drink every time. The environment is relaxing and every one is so nice there.

I love this place and come here every time I can. I love the Iced Hazelnut Latte and the employees are friendly. I always come in a school day for a nice pick me up.

Great chain coffee place. The place is bigger than the Starbucks in uptown and the coffee is much better. The pumpkin chai ice blended is like drinking a pumpkin pie. The atmosphere is very chill and is perfect for studying. The tables are spread out enough to not feel claustrophobic.

This place is affordable and has varies yummy drinks and snacks. Comfortable place to chill and talk to friends. A wonderful cafe I bewn to.

Good service poor drink. I took my kids in to get a smoothie. Only one option which was blueberry pomegranate. I got a large to split and it was awful. My kids and I couldn't drink more than a couple of sips and we just threw it out. It was $6. Would not recommend this drink. We were on our way to a movie so didn't make a big deal of it with any of the staff.

A nice alternative to Starbucks! Just got the Vanilla Bean cold brew on Nitro, and it was excellent! Not too sweet, just perfect.

Wow. Customer service here is very lacking. First off, counter people are so inept that they literally have to scan in or look up items to give a price...very slow and not too bright.

Secondly, on a different occasion, I really needed to use the restroom, and was going to make that "required" purchase after I got out. The young man at counter would not allow me to use the restroom until I made my purchase first, but being an emergency, I asked the nice people at Greenleaf Cafe, and thankfully they let me use theirs. Unfortunately, I had already partially shit my underwear. Being an older lady, you might see how that could be a problem.

I no longer give my patronage to the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. They don't understand their customers, they act as if they don't care, and are just plumb rude.

Good size CBTL with two large tables and plenty of table seats in and out. It also has several comfy chairs. Great place to study, read for fun or meet up. Only problem is that their are quite a bit of vagabonds. Usually not a problem, but one time someone got their purse stolen. Nevertheless, don't be intimidated, it's a great place for family and friends.
