Great vibes. Cool open kitchen concept. Didn't actually eat any of the food but their Chai tea latte was really good. Checkers & backgammon boards painted on tabletops for the old fashioned gamers out there.

"Fresh food made from scratch takes time... In a hurry? Try our delicious quiche, fresh soup, or grab & go salad" -from a sign in the store. Apparently they make their stuff from scratch!

Delicious drinks made to order, good accompanying food. Seasonal drinks are already creative and exciting. Stopping here on your tour of big bear village is a must.

You figure that an artisanal store -- one that offers high-quality products, canned goods, and food merchandise -- would equally offer artisanal food. Don't expect that from this cafe. The Copper Q is more aesthetic than anything.

I ordered a bagel with PB & Jam...simple, right? It seems that a store that carries fancy jellies and jams would offer similar products for their bagels...but not in this case. Instead, expect Smuckers Grape Jelly (one small packet at that, no more). Same goes for the serving size of peanut butter they offer, of which I can assume must have been Jif, and was sparse from my bagel. I expected more from a place with an upscale aesthetic (and prices to match), but I guess I allowed my expectations to get the better of me.

Find an American breakfast restaurant/diner and go there instead. You'll get what you expect at both a better price and larger portions.

Coffee was perfectly delicious! Orange Pumpkin Loaf was delicious. Apple Cake was mediocre. Cashier was too busy talking to the barista to pay attention to my order. Cute shop inside. Nice patio outside. I would come back for the coffee and to check out the other pastries.

Dirty patio. No chairs outside for tabes. Coffee and pasteries good. Need manager to keep place tidy.

Came in on holiday with my family. Very impressed with the quality of our iced beverages (latte & macchiato.) Nice atmosphere and location. Great selection of pastries and fresh quiche. I would definitely recommend stopping in at this great friendly local coffee shop.

Doesn't live up to the hype. Latte was served lukewarm and was actually more a cafe au lait. Definitely not the place for a good latte.

The atmosphere was great, the breakfast scrambled egg and bacon croissant was the best I've ever tasted, but it was way understaffed for holiday time.

Great place to get coffee and do some work. Cute store. Wish they offered more vegan options.
