Saturday Sushi Night @ the Spoon. With my favorite Sous-She Chef Danielle Benavidez, with photographer Fran Benavidez and dinner guest Joe Benavidez. Had a great time and ate Sushi until we were stuffed! Delicious!

Taco Tuesday at the Spoon. Delicious mixed fish, salmon and sea bass, breaded and seasoned with EVOO, S&P, garlic. Pico de gallo with diced oranges, red onions, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic and lemon juice. Graded Parmesan cheese and red lettuce.

Tonight's dinner at the Spoon. Crostini with feta cream cheese spread and herbed tomatoes, chicken with white wine, cream, herbs, and lemon juice, and colorful roasted string beans with sausage.

So spending my Easter making beef bone stock, and while I'm at it...avocado toast & Bánh mì salad. I tried the salad in Sonoma, and saw the toast in Napa. Thought...I can do dis!
