Tomorrow in Ridgway we will be offering the choice to add CBD to your drink. We chose an isolate CBD from Sheila (former Shining Mountain owner) and her new company Healing Way. This will eventually be offered at both locations but for now come to Ridgway and try any of our new health blend drinks. Lavender blue algae, rose-honey beet, the purple drink (mixture of the lavender and the rose) or @monygoldblend with honey. @ Cimarron Coffee Roasters

Hello coffee friends ! We had some special guests visit us at the Roastery today. 3rd graders from Montrose interviewed Eric about being a small business. Eric shared about being in the biz and gave a little knowledge of coffee to these kiddos! We moved from out of state 6 months ago and I went for my first time today and had one of the best coffees I have had so far. This town has a lot of coffee shops but this place was the best I’ve been to yet.

Best espresso I've ever tasted. I liked the steamed milk that was poured carefully with a leaf design. Not too expensive either! The ambience from the music and sleek industrial interior promoted my ability to study for about two hours. Also, friendly and helpful roasters Eric and Nate!
