Norwich has needed a real, quality coffee place like this for a long time! I was impressed with how well done everything in the place was. All the details down to the smallest things seemed very thought out and artfully executed. The mocha I had was amazing because they roast both the coffee beans AND the cacao in house! I mean, who does that?! Amazing!



I also bought some espresso beans to grind and brew at home. They were perfectly done, not over-roasted like some major brands who shall not be named ;) They know their coffee at this place.



The owner and staff were super friendly and personable. This place gets a full recommendation from me. Well done, Matt!

My wife and I visited this new place today with our folks and it is fabulous! The atmosphere is great, very comfortable and inviting. Matthew the owner/barista is extremely knowledgeable of his products and super friendly! The coffee, ice tea and the hot chocolate are all great! This is exactly what Norwhich needs! Hopefully more places will join him to liven up the downtown area. I wish much success to Mathew and his new business! Looking forward to returning!

I’ve been coming to Craftsman Cliff just about every day since they opened and without a doubt I can say this is THE BEST coffee I’ve ever had (this is also coming from a girl who’s hobby it is to visit various coffee shops on the weekend.)

Immediately when you walk through the door you’re greeted with a delightful aroma of freshly roasted beans that lingers in the air. The size of the shop makes you feel very much a part of something special and the decor adds a wonderful touch to the experience.

The menu has your classic hot/iced, cold brew, latte, cappuccino, macchiato, americano, chai, tea selection but what makes this gem extra special is the cacao made in house along with the homemade sodas and delicious pastries. If you love the true, delicious taste of coffee I highly suggest stopping in. If you love the coffee as much as I do, may I suggest buying a bag of beans and bring it home to enjoy! Remember to support local businesses and appreciate what they bring to our community!

Finally had the pleasure of stopping into this cute little place! I walked through downtown to the shop. I had an order for the office I work in but they had just run out of drink trays. Matt was kind enough to walk with me all the way down to my car!! So kind. The coffee was SOOO delicious. I really look forward to coming here and becoming a regular! This is exactly what Norwich needs!
