Cup was a major letdown. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were far from fresh. I left disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Cup at 221 Montrose Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11206. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.
