Stood at the counter for approx 5 minutes. Employees kept walking by, came to the register to get cups, others looked at us and not one turned to say "we'll be right with you." We took our service to sonic where we did complain about McDonald's POOR customer service so they added a cherry on top of our cones�

It shouldn't take over 30 min to get food and yet, every time we order ANYTHING at this location, we are waiting for over 30 min! The food is always cold, your service sucks, and perhaps you should implement drug testing of your employees.

Your service was so horrible tonight that your manager took down my husband's name to "make it up to us" for how long we had to wait. We will NEVER be back because we're tired of your location's BS! And you messed up my son's happy meal! HOW HARD IS IT MAKE A PLAIN CHEESEBURGER!!!

From now on, IF we decide to get anything from McDonald's in the future, we will be driving across town!

If anyone is thinking about ordering good from here; don't waste your time going to this location!!!
