Went through the drive through and waited to be helped, then someone else came up to the other drive through lane and they were helped first, didn't feel there was any priority. Then once we had a coupon for our meal, and they "couldn't take it" because their system was down, but once the manager came over, she scanned it and said it had Been used before. It was never scanned before. She then told us there is absolutely nothing she can do. At all. I find it disappointing that they can't honor a corporate coupon at this location. What's the point of the app if you can't use them. Being someone that understands it isn't the managers fault it didn't work, id think she would take care of the customer. Guess that isn't the case. They get a 1 star because I couldn't give them a Zero. This is the last time I'll be coming to this location

Waited 22 minutes for a 4 pc Happy meal and an iced tea. This isn't the first time, starting to get ridiculous. As I was sitting at the window I saw employees standing around talking and goofing around. This was at 5pm, Just the start of dinner rush. I can't imagine how long someone has to wait for multiple meals or at 6-7pm.

This spot is horrible! Very disrespectful too. Every time I go, there is something wrong. This time I had two different orders (over 20$ worth) and I did not receive the whole order. When I called, the manager argued that she personally made it. Well guess what? You can’t count because I have the receipt and there’s no reason to lie about some fries. Ridiculous rude attitude. If you don’t like your job, don’t be there.

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel the first one the bagel was hard as a rock so I took it back and asked for different bagel it came back my egg was still frozen and there was no breakfast sauce on it at all this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ate at!!!!!!!! Then my pumpkin spice coffee had so much flavoring in it I could not even drink it.

Not from the area here on business but just ordered and sat inside to eat. The whole time I heard the shift manager yelling at an employee and mimicking her in a childish and very demeaning manner. Almost walked behind the counter and offered the worker a job as no one deserves to be treated like that regardless of circumstance. Never have I experienced that level of incompetency and lack of leadership from a service "professional".

Just went throigh and got wrong order..wanyed no pickles and had a tag that said so..when I got home it had them...so went back and when got home again I could ring catchup out of bun....joann the manager hung up on me 3 times and I had to call anpther store to get the contact info I wanted because the manager on duty would not give ot to me...im not even going to return my meal...they would just screw it up anyway....it found a home in the trash....thanks jerry...good lookn out.

Just went through McDonalds on Elida Rd. I ordered Double Hamburger Plain Lg Fry and 2 McDoubles with No Pickle !! My fiancé went and got the food and the fries were cold and soggy! And they messed up the hamburger plain and McDoubles were cold and disgusting! I tried calling three times the phone would ring for a few seconds and then hung up called fourth time and the manager answered but did not give her name and I told her about our food but she is only replacing two items and she had poor customer service! If you hate your job and cannot stand to serve customers then do not WORK in a place that is CUSTOMER FOCUSED! I used to work at a McDonalds and if a customer would complain you are supposed to give them what they want not tell them "i watched them make it fresh!" Are you serious ! I was thinking about taking my food back and telling her why don't you eat it then! So disappointed! Wish i didn't have to even put 1 star to this review!

Freezing cold egg. Moldy pancakes. rock hard bun. too much creamer. spongy egg THAT CLEANED up my coffee. had four complaints and all we got was the workers eyes rolled and their head shook. worst service ever. anyone know how to remove the one star i rated them??
