I had a terrible experience at Mongos Coffee. The coffee at 170 Michael Drive, Syosset, NY 11791 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Mongos Coffee managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
