The Radina's coffee shops and the bakehouse are a few of my favorite places in Manhattan!! the breads are incredible and the polar mocha is delightful!

My new found favorite place to eat breakfast and or lunch! I love the fresh baked bread and the red pepper soup is amazing. The Chia tea and steamers are awesome too. My kids love he muffins and cookies :) On top of all this, it's locally owned!!

My favorite coffee shop! I don’t live in Manhattan anymore but every time I come to visit Radina’s is on the list of stops I will be making! Triple chai with 2 shots is my favorite!

Love the bread! Best ever but the service there really need some work. It took forever with only a couple people in line before us and we ended up with the wrong bread. Good thing it's all good bread but someone else is going to be unhappy/happy too.

Love having good coffee with a drive thru on the East side of town. My family loves their bread. Local business doing it right.

I was there yesterday for lunch with my mom for the first time. The cappuccino was absolutely delicious! My mom had a sandwich, which was huge - she couldn't finish it. 😅 And I had a salad, which was also big, delicious and cheap! Ohhh and their bakery - OMG! I'm German so I'm really really big on bread & it was phenomenal. I will definitely revisit this place and would recommend it for sure. 👍🏼😊

I love the atmosphere and the yummy, fresh baked items!! I especially enjoy their coffee selection!! I wish we had one in Lawrence, west Lawrence would be a great location, hint, hint!

I had the original smoothie and veggie quiche. Yum! The crust on the quiche was flakey rather than soggy. The smoothly was flavorful. My only complaint is that I was not given napkins and utensils with my drive thru order. I had to ask. Also, a thank you after I paid would have been nice.

I can say with confidence that this place is where you go for bread! I grew up in Germany and haven't had authentic bread like at home since then. This truly is baguette and even though they claim it to be FRENCH bread, the big pain de something (the huge bread only sold Fridays) is your German Farmer's bread. If you are from Europe or miss it for whatever reason, go get your bread there.

Great service, wonderful coffee, and superb food. The house red pepper soup with fresh baked bread is a favorite. On a recent trip to Manhattan, we ate at Radina's three times in the course of two days...it's that good. :)

Great coffee, nice staff, delicious baked goods. Definitely a relaxing place to study!

After living in Spain for 2 years, I can officially say the only bread that is equally as delicious as Spaniard bread is the bread of Radina's Bakehouse. I visit the bakehouse very often and have always had a very pleasant experience, the employees are wonderful. Today I spilled a cream soda in my car on my way out, only to have the staff come help me clean up the mess I had made and replace my drink. I would recommend this place to anyone! A lovely environment with kind employees and one of a kind bread.

Absolutely EVERYTHING we had was unbelievably great! Over the weekend, (our hotel was right next door) we had their coffee, cinnamon rolls, cranberry scones, snickerdoodle cookies, and their tomato avocado sandwich! Seriously, haven't had things that good in awhile! We also bought about 5 loaves of their awesome breads to take home!

My husband and I have been coming every weekend for the last year or so. Lately, for about a month now, whenever we come there are hardly any pastries or "baked goods" available. We come at different times to account for their busy times and nearly everything is gone. I noticed help wanted signs on their doors, so I don't know if that is the cause. We love the Radina's at this location and would hate to go to a different one or to a different café.

I like that they roast their own coffee and are a local small business. I'm extremely happy too that they've recently added almond milk to the menu, since I prefer that over cow's milk.

I've been supporting them at least once a week, since August, and there are times I have no problems with my order and I'm completely happy and others times the process of them taking orders and getting it right, makes me think about never coming back and going to Starbucks for my coffee.

My worst experience just happened this morning, where I placed a drive thru order (which is the majority of my orders), where I ordered a snickers blended drink, cap royal with almond milk, cinnamon roll, sausage jalapeño hand pie and blueberry muffin. (I don't usually order this much, but it was breakfast for me and the kids). After ordering at the drive thru microphone, I pull up to the window and the barista wants to confirm my order and only has 3 of the 5 items in there, I tell her there's a cinnamon roll and a blended drink on there as well. She totals my order I pay and then she asked me again what kind of hand pie I have, so I tell her again. Then she hands me the cinnamon roll, my cap royal and then tries to hand me another hot drink, which I hand back to her and repeat for a 3rd time that I had a snickers blended drink (which is a cold, iced drink that's been put in a blender). She said ok and then asked me for what kind of muffin I wanted, which I told her again it was a blueberry muffin and then she asked for a 3rd time what kind of hand pie I wanted! Then because they didn't have the blended drink ready they asked me to pull forward so I could wait on the drink, so they could service other customers. (Personally, I really hate to be asked to pull forward and wait for my order, as I feel this devalues the customer and makes them feel unimportant.)

This experience with them this morning I thought this was ridiculous and a bit frustrating the amount of times I was asked about my order. It makes it feel like they don't listen and that there is an increased chance for messing up my order. This lack of attention to detail makes me want to patronize another coffee shop and not come back!

Please improve this process! Maybe have your barista reconfirm the order at the microphone to ensure they have it right and that way the customer has confidence that you all have the correct order when the customer gets up to the window. Also, this would decrease mistakes, loss of product and customer frustrations and possibly help move customers thru the drive thru faster.

I would change my rating to a 4 or 5 if these improvements where made.

I went to this location twice. The first time my drink was perfect--a polar mocha. The second time I got pretty much soup. It was thin with no thick consistence of the ice blended drinks I had before. When I spoke to the barista, she apologized but, didn't offer to remake it. She just made an excuse about the amount of syrup. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this location.

This would have been 5 stars a year ago, but as a regular I am growing increasingly frustrated with the operation. The bread is great. The food is good. The layout is STUPID. I am standing here now, 29 minutes after I got here to buy bread and a cup of soup. Unacceptable. Stuck behind every sandwich being made at that constantly understaffed station. Close for a month. Fix the layout. Allow people who don't want to be bogged down in the sandwich vortex to get in and out.

I am a regular here and the last two visits I've had have been a little ridiculous. I love this place but they have to get their service figured. Waited 21 minutes for a piece of bread with avocado tomato and onion and then they forgot to make my iced coffee. (Good thing it tasted amazing!) There were a few orders ahead of me but I could see everybody behind the counter just kind of roaming aimlessly. Now I'm going to be late back to work. By the way I did not want to write this review however there is no other way on the website or in the store to get feedback to anyone... that I could find via my phone at least. Please fix the service!

Today 10 December, 2016, I was asked to go pick up some food for my wife who was working. Both of us unaware that lunch items could not be ordered at the drive thru. I am a disabled veteran with severe agoraphobia with panic disorder. If I go into any establishment I must have a member of my family with me or I have panic attacks. There should be a way for someone with a handicap like mine not to be forced into an uncomfortable position. I think your food and service is great but I felt like an inconvenience today. Thank you
