The staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you don't understand how something works they walk you through it (I now know how to use the app to its full potential!). The speed of service is excellent, very quick and efficient. They definitely know how to work well as a team. I'll be coming here more often.

Food was great, my order was correct the first time! The employees are really nice. The place itself was super crowded, with no place to stand. It was unclear who was taking orders, and was unorganized. While looking at their product shelves I noticed they were really dusty and overall rather dirty. It deterred me from making a purchase of the shelved items. I would go back, but it would be through the Drive-Thru only.

I ordered a tall coffee frap and it was delicious. The woman who took my order was very nice to me. However, the young girl who gave me my beverage when it was done basically threw my drink at me and it spilled all over my hands. Before I could say anything she was gone working on another beverage and it was so busy I had no chance to ask for a different one. So out the door I went.

I buy 2 coffees a day, 5 days a week. Now that they announced hiring 10,000 immigrants, I'm going to McDonald's. Why not hire 10,000 veterans

The window clerk refused to take my previously purchase Starbucks’ Grande cup and toss it out for me! Explained that it was a health violation! BS

So mad � I ordered a grande and literally inside was empty I go here a lot since it’s the only one in the city. And there not constant. Every time I order the same thing it always taste different. Oh well. Guess I will be getting my coffee elsewhere. Picture of my coffee in the comment.

The simplistic drinks can’t be made correctly, constancy attitude from baristas, overcharging (aka being unknowledgeable), quality of my beverage is inconsistent (not Starbucks standard), and I have had some unfortunate encounters with the manager who has reacted and talked down to staff while customers are around. Worked at Starbucks for 8 years, went to this location for 10. Officially over it �

I have been waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru for 1 drink!! I will never be back to this starbucks which is too bad because I love starbucks!!

I gave this Starbucks only 1 star because of the incredibly poor service. The servers were extremely arrogant and disrespectful. I will not be returning no matter how good the coffee was. I don't need to pay good money to be treated as poorly as I was on Tuesday.
