The service at Starbucks was excellent, but the coffee at 108 Ravine Pkwy, Oneonta, NY 13820, USA was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Starbucks, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.

I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 108 Ravine Pkwy, Oneonta, NY 13820, USA location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.
