My visit to Toast was a rollercoaster of emotions. The mocha I ordered was great, but the barista forgot my friend's order. Oops! They made it up with some free pastries, though. So, mixed feelings but willing to give it another shot.

I had a terrible experience at Toast. The coffee at 41 Main Street, Chatham, NY 12037 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Toast managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
