Just had my coffee fix at Bal Cafe, and it hit the spot. Located in 36000 Darnall Loop, Fort Hood, TX 76544, it's a no-nonsense coffee shop. The latte I ordered was creamy and delicious. The café has a simple charm that I appreciate.
