I had high hopes for Blue Collar Bar, but it didn't live up to the hype. The espresso was too bitter, and the pastries were stale. Not a place I'd recommend.

I visited Blue Collar Bar with high expectations, but the coffee at 5626 Red Bluff Road, Pasadena, TX 77505 left much to be desired. It was weak and lacked flavor. I had heard great things about this place, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown. It lacked the boldness and complexity I look for in a good cup of coffee.
