I recently visited Blue Ribbon Cafe during a quick stop in 505 Scurry Street, Big Spring, TX 79720, and it left a lasting impression. The latte art on my cup was a true work of art, almost too beautiful to drink (but I did anyway). The café's cozy ambiance and knowledgeable staff create a welcoming atmosphere that's hard to beat. I'll be back for sure.
