We had the BEST waitress! Very friendly and she always had our drinks filled up. I think her name was Jessica? Whoever she was, she did awesome

Met some wonderful people for dinner. the company was AWESOME!!! The food was INCREDIBLE as always. we all had the chicken finger plate some tossed and some plain,, we all had a GREAT TIME and the service was VERY VERY GOOD! Buffalo's Southwest Cafe in Canton Ga was Perfection as always!! Thanks Again! Phillip Wigington.

I went there specifically because they have the impossible burger and it was fantastic. I will be back to have it again

I was so Happy to be back in my home town for the day.I was with family and decided to go eat at Buffalos before we headed back home to the Mtns.Your service was absolutely AWESOME. We enjoyed every minute of it there.Our waitress was the best. Her name was Halle I do believe. Not sure if I spelled it correctly. She made everything perfect for us.She was just a very Awesome sweetheart. We will come again when we're down soon!!! Oh we were sitting on the porch.We were a party of nine people.

Great service. Good Food. Helpful and friendly staff. The desserts looked amazing. I will be coming back to this place.

Been going here for years, mainly for bash night all you can eat wings. Besides the wings their burgers, fajitas and there grilled corn on cob is very good. Friendly place good staff, I would recommend anyone to try it out.

We had a large Group consisting of Twenty-one (2) people arrive at 6:30 for Monday’s Bash Night (with advance notice) and our Waitress, Brittany, did an outstanding job taking care of all of us. While I am not privy to what each person in our Group thought of his meal, mine was served hot, prepared as requested, and was very good.

Food was good.. Waitress needed to write down our order. She forgot to put in our appetizers.. Our food came before the app.. And we only got 1 app that we ordered.. Better luck next time

My wife food came out cold and she said the wings tasted like they were fried in old grease and they didn't have much sauce on them.We had to wait a long time to get refills on our drinks.We normally like coming to eat here but the last two times has us thinking if we want to come back

It's got great service by the waiters and waitress, but don't ask for the manger if you have a problem he makes you feel like its your fault they messed up.

Food was great, Holly was a great server. however, the "hostes" just stood there. Didn't even acknowledge us. Finally after a couple of min, I said, " there's 2 of us" . No one else was there, just us

Buffalos in Canton is our "go-to" restaurant .... Or at least used to be. We eat there once sometimes twice a week. Not anymore I'm afraid. The service these days is severely lacking! I understand management changes & not all "managers" are going to be the same. But I would at least expect common courtesy.....especially for regular, long-term customers. This is still a small town and word of mouth is very powerful. Management needs to get it together! This is very disappointing.

Service was horrible, food was tasteless. Used to be one of the best in Canton. Not sure if I'll return. Has been going downhill for about a year and a half. Think it has hit bottom.

Disappointed again! This used to be our favorite place for wings. They keep getting smaller and more expensive. Their blue chess dressing used to be the best but it seems as though they changed it.

We had dinner there tonight. I never write negative comments about a place....I just don't go back. I am writing a negative review and we will not go back! Real bad!

The food is still good.. but the service. The service! Our birthday dinner was basically ruined and we left early due to rude and unnecessary comments and actions. Did I mention we waited TWO hours?

Okay, can we just take a minute to talk about Buffalos in Canton? I have been going there since I can remember, and I've always loved that place. I am OBSESSED with their ranch dressing. In the last 5 or 6 months I've had to DRAG Josh there because he doesn't like it, but it's one of my favorite places so he goes anyway. But the service- AWFUL! Terrible. Really really bad. The last several times we have been there we have been ignored by our waiters/waitresses, we have been sneered at when we told them our orders were wrong. Our drinks have been empty the whole dinner. The checks have been rang up wrong. Last time we went we came an hour before they closed and the girls were cleaning up around us, being loud and rude and completely ignoring that we still hadn't gotten our food after 30 minutes of being one of the only tables there, and they stood there in the doorway of the kitchen loudly trying to decide who was going to come check on us because they knew we were pissed. But every time, we have still tipped and been good customers, and continued to return despite this horrible service. Now tonight after a couple weeks of wanting to go, I called in a To Go order. Josh went and picked it up, he got it home- it's totally wrong. I am so through with that place!! And that really sucks because it's one of my favorites, but seriously they have become this terrible place with high school servers who don't give a crap about their service or how they present themselves for that matter. Highly disappointed. I want Hooters back. At least the girls were friendly and helpful and got things right. Buffalos is a BUST!!! Will never be going back there and I don't recommend it to anyone! #rantover #sorrynotsorry
