We went there last night with a party of 18, which is usually hard to get great service with a large party, split checks, etc. The food was delicious and we ordered quite the variety from an arugula salad to guiso de res, to Nachos Omni. The waiter was amazing and our drinks were never empty. Love it there!

The food was delicious and the waiter very attentive. He answered all of our questions and asked the chef to make something on the lighter side for my daughter who is eating a special diet right now. It is an extension of the original Herrera that has been in Dallas for years. Will definitely be back. Excellent!!

Spectacular meal. I had the halibut, which our waiter Angel recommended because it was flown in from Alaska the preceding night. It was light, flaky and seared perfectly. My wife had the beef fajitas and she loved them. Great margaritas and the service was top notch. Angel was a friendly waiter, made great suggestions and was enthusiastic about his job and proud of his restaurant. Great start to our night out which ended with the Keith Urban concert.

I celebrated my birthday on 9.30.16 and the food, beverages and atmosphere was exceptional. Thank you Juan for ensuring everything was on point. Everyone that attended said they will be back.

Excellent mole enchiladas and queso supremo with brisket was wonderful. Good service. Love the margaritas! Great place to dine when stayin at the Omni Hotel or doing time at the convention center.

Awesome food at competitive prices! I recommend the Denton Dr. Legend. It was excellent! This is the best Herrera's I've ever been to in the Dallas area. It's the real Herrera in my opinion. Only a fool would walk out of there without eating.

Good Texmex fare, had the enchiladas and taco plate. Located right off Lamar front of the Huge Kay Bailey Convention Ctr. You can walk to it.

The food is good but I ordered cheese enchiladas and got beef. My co-workers meals came with tortillas but they were never delivered to our table.

It was a busy Saturday with a lot going on. The food was good, the wait was not long. Abby our waitress was prompt and kept our drinks topped off.

I the location is excellent if you are at Convention Center or Omni Hotel. That's the only really good thing. The food is acceptable, but if you are Californian you will not be impressed. On the good side the "white rice" they serve is excellent! Also, it's a fairly small menu.The tortillas are yellow corn and very tuff! The service is slow and wafts between very customer friendly to non-existent. We had an incomplete order. When server came back and we explained we had missing items we were told she was sorry but she couldn't just go get them. Orders filled as taken to kitchen and she had picked up her (our) order so couldn't just go to the kitchen to get missing items!

I have nothing good to say. Long wait to get seated even though the restaurant was less than 1/3 full. Bartender was NOT friendly at all. Terrible person to be working with guests. Waiter was nice and attentive but food was mediocre at best.no plans to return anytime soon.

Great food but cannot accommodate large groups. It took us 2 hours to receive our food. We waited almost an hour for chips and salsa and water. There were eight of us

The service was extremely horrible but I can't blame the waitress she obviously was new. I was apart of of a birthday party of 30, I can't fathom why management would assign the least experienced waitress to that large of a party. Subsequently her quality of service were subpar at best and it reflected in her gratuity! My Aunt's birthday dinner was ruined...

Reserved the patio for a party, got here on time with 1/2 the area taken so we got sat to the side that where all the waiting areas and was neglected for over an hour.
