Our downtown location is open! Pardon our dust. The city is doing renovations in the alley in front of our main entrance but we are open normal hours. If you have trouble getting in the main entrance, feel free to use the second entrance in the liberty building.

Well here we go! The City of waco has decided to turn off our power to work on the power in the 6th area so we will be without our power as of 2am this Sunday morning (tomorrow morning). We are sorry in advance for it is our busiest day of the week and we know how much everyone loves to frequent Cafe Capp on Sunday mornings for brunch. 😢😢We will be opening back up on Monday morning if all goes well. The weather outside is well, somewhat cold and the coffee is hot with the pancakes delightful! Come by and say hi and grab a bite to eat while you are on your last minute shopping runs. We are open until 2pm today. Then We will See you again after Santa comes tomorrow for our 6am opening coffee. Merry Christmas from us to you and your great supportive families.

I was hoping new attitudes and improved customer service would accompany the new location. Not so much... Rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to accommodate. The food is good, but not good enough to negate a complete lack of customer service.

Food was great, service and management need a lot of work. Waited over 30 minutes for a table, several parties were seated before us when we arrived earlier than them. We also were asked if we wanted to sit at the end of someone's table...waiter never returned after taking our food or drink order. The food was amazing but it's sad to see poor customer service.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience this morning at cafe cappuccino. We arrived at 9:00 knowing that there would probably be a wait but had no idea their policy on call ahead setting. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes we were told that they had to seat their "call aheads first" they showed us the list and they had seated 10 groups that had their names added below our name but had called ahead. Long story short….doesn't matter if you are there waiting when someone does a call ahead they WILL be seated before you. Well aware of call ahead seating but your name should be added to the list when you call and not moved ahead of people that have been there waiting!!! Very unhappy people in the parking lot. Next time we are going to "call ahead" as we enter the parking lot and we'll be guaranteed a place at the front of the line. CRAZY!

Took over hour for food and waitress brought wrong food out and argued with husband and insisted my husband ordered it. Got an attitude and said she read it back to him and it was what he ordered. Never experienced such slow and rude service. Hewitt Location #CafeCapp

The food was good, but when requesting an item left off the order on 3 different occasions to 3 different wait staff , I was told it would be taken care of immediately. The item arrived at my table after my meal was finished. When the check arrived, I was charged an unreasonable amount for something I didn't eat.I told the waitress I wanted to see the manager. When I told her that I should not have been charged for something I didn't get, She was survey and rude. Finally she sarcastically said she would take it off the bill. I was astounded that this owner/ manager would treat a customer. Our waitress Denise was courteous, and professional. Which is more than I can say for Her Superior

Poor service. Management and staff were rude. My wife asked for a substitute on her dish and it was never brought to the table. We were still charged and the owner refused to adjust our ticket.

One of the slowest most unprofessional places in town. Waitresses constantly standing around. Can't even write people's name down right and leave people waiting forever. Managers and owners need to fix it. I won't come here again until it happens.

My breakfast was horrible the bacon was all dried hashbrowns tasted old greasy like they had been sitting fora while not a good breakfast did not taste fresh.

Horrible service! One of our orders was made wrong and when we asked to return it they didn't offer another item from menu and still charged us for it. Manager had poor customer service

Have been sitting here for 20 minutes and still have not been served water or coffee even though we gave our drink order to 2 different people.
