We're so glad that we finally made , the was food was amazing, my wife had the chicken pot pie, which was mouth watering, I would have to say that it was one of the best that I've had, I had the club sandwich which is really good too...can't wait to go back to try the beef stroganoff, meatloaf and burger

We were delighted to have a bridal luncheon at CC today. They had reserved tables for us on the patio (the fans and shade made it very enjoyable). The food was delish, cold iced tea and friendly staff. Thank you!

We had a ladies luncheon today at the Castroville Cafe. Twenty-five customers in one room did not faze our server Connie! Meals were delicious, service was efficient, with each of us ordering from the extensive menu. And we saw some Castroville poppies. Thank you.

Very quaint old beautiful home well established in decor for dining inside or outside under the trees....very delicious sandwich and soup and different teas to enjoy.very enjoyable time there and planning on returning.The wait staff are very helpful and kind.Oh don't forget the homemade desserts.We had peach cobbler and ice cream.

The open face roast beef sandwich I had was delicious! Very friendly staff and very relaxing atmosphere with outdoor patio style sitting! A must stop if you are come or going through Castroville!

The food was gourmet. The atmosphere very humble and perfect for the area. One issue I had was what ever is on your menu, make sure it is served as advertised. Maybe something outside to deter pesky flys.



Will I be back ? Heck yes! this place is very nice and very friendly. I recommend the french onion soup !

The food is consistently delicious. It is our favorite stop on the way to San Antonio for medical appointments or for fun doings. Whether it's a sandwich, a steak, or a dessert—everything is prepared with care and attention. Thank you for providing these gourmets (my husband and me) a lovely spot. We especially enjoy sitting outside under your market umbrellas...weather permitting, of course!

My husband and I loved it. Our lunch was delicious. My hubby had the Landmark Sandwich and I had the quiche with a cesear salad and the strawberry delight. For dessert we shared a hot fudge sundae . We can't wait to go back, the menu is full of items that sound delicious.

My family went for dinner on a Friday evening. Everything was excellent. We all shared bites of our plates to try everything we ordered. Appetizers, main dishes, and desserts were delicious. My stepdad took an extra piece of carrot cake home. Definitely a place we are planning to return to.

It was our first time here and we absolutely loved it . The food is delicious and the cafe itself is very charming . We cant wait to try the dinner menu

Great food, and awesome service, in one of Castroville's iconic Alsatian landmark buildings. If you haven't been before, mark your calendar to visit the Alsatian town of Castroville, West of San Antonio, for a pleasant experience at the Castroville Cafe!

Food was great, atmosphere was cozy enough to enjoy a great conversation with my spouse and, the hospitality of the staff was exceptional! Thank you all for the awesome customer service! That’s what matters most in my book! We will return soon with friends and family.

Fabulous atmosphere, clean and relaxing, first class customer service and great food, we had the BLT and Club sandwich, tomato basil soup, potato salad and coleslaw - absolutely delicious and fast service - peaceful and unobtrusive wait staff. Will definitely be back many times �

Best lunch ever... nice atmosphere! Had the 1/2 veggie sandwich, which was amazing, cup of chicken tortilla soup and cup of fruit. Oh, and peach tea!! Great food!

Absolutely incredible, the food was great, service was great, the bread was great, the pesto was the best we’ve ever had, the manicotti was absolutely breath taking...I didn’t want to leave...best kept secret in the San Antonio area...

We come here often. The food is delicious, Grilled Salmon over angel hair pasta a must try. Sitting in the patio is my fav. Love it here. 👍
