Celina Star Cafe fell short of my expectations. The coffee was bitter, and the pastries were stale at the East Pecan Street, Celina, TX 75009 location. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Celina Star Cafe at East Pecan Street, Celina, TX 75009 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
