Country Cafe Restaurant is a hidden coffee gem in 2905 N Closner Blvd, Edinburg, Texas 78541. I ordered a flat white, and it was like a little cup of heaven. The cozy seating and friendly staff make it a great spot to chill and people-watch. Will be back for sure!
