Sfogliatelle pronounced sfoy-ah-tell-ay is a delicious pastry with light flaky layers of pastry with subtle hints of cinnamon and orange, custard filling and dusted with powdered sugar. Be sure to get your early as supplies are limited ūüėć

Christmas baking is finally complete. 3-4 dozen of each, some I never made before and some are traditional. I can't say I am a cookie Baker but not too shabby. Decorating sugar cookies with royal icing is a first for me and definitely not anything I will be promoting anytime soon. Now to package these into sweet little gift boxes for some of my favorite people ūüéĄūüéÖ‚ĚĄÔłŹūü¶Ć‚ėÉÔłŹūü§∂

I moved here 3 years ago and haven't been able to find a good Tzatziki sauce anywhere. I was at the market for the first time a few weeks ago and decided to give theirs a try and I am SO GLAD I DID! It is excellent! I have already been back for more. SO GOOD!!!!
